FURAI LAB

We build websites & digital products

A small independent studio, end to end.

FURAI LAB — engineering, product design and infrastructure. We work remotely and run projects in Russian and English. We build websites, online stores and internal tools: design, markup, back end, infrastructure, SEO and launch. We put AI in where it solves the problem, not to have a line about it in a deck. If the project already lives on a platform, we work on that platform.

The portfolio: an AI terminal with long-term memory, an online store with the full buyer flow, and a real-estate site whose admin panel the client runs herself. All three are in production, and each one has technical documentation — in the projects section below.

FURAI AI

furai.space

Cinematic AI terminal powered by Velorum — an ancient archive vessel with long-term memory, lore, and visitor continuity. Tiered access paid on-chain via USDT (TRC-20), verified directly against TronScan — no payment processor in the loop. Optional Travel ID (email + password) anchors the archive record across devices.

Kokoc Store

kokoc.store

Edge-native e-commerce storefront selling Crocs, Jibbitz, and Adidas Originals. Full buyer flow with cart, order recording in D1, review system with admin moderation, Jibbitz minigame, RU/EN localization — no framework, fully server-side rendered. ANDRUKHINA

andrukhina.com

A realtor's site in Sochi: a property catalogue with filters and search, a page for every listing, a full-screen photo viewer and a page for one residential complex. The static site is assembled by a Python generator; the agent runs the content herself through a PHP admin panel — uploads, automatic photo resizing, one-click publish. Enquiries go straight to WhatsApp and Telegram.

We treat search visibility and load performance as part of the architecture, not an afterthought. Every production site we ship carries this baseline.

Technical SEO

Canonical URLs, hreflang, structured data (JSON-LD), dynamic sitemaps, and robots.txt — built into the routing layer.

Core Web Vitals

Image pipelines optimized for LCP, font loading tuned to avoid layout shift, server-side rendering with no client-side wait.

Multilingual by design

Separate localized routes with proper hreflang annotation — not client-side string-swapping that search engines can't index.

Search Console & Webmaster setup

Verified, monitored, and submitted from day one — Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster both wired in.

Technology should feel calm.

a framework only where it earns its place speed is a requirement, not a late optimisation memory instead of sessions clean underneath, not just on screen
